April is National Stress Awareness Month
Stress, which causes a feeling of emotional or physical tension, can have a negative effect on your health. Stress can cause feelings of frustration, anger or nervousness due to a challenge or demand.
Stress can also cause anxiety which creates an intense and persistent worry or fear about everyday situations. Anxiety may cause a fast heart rate, rapid breathing, sweating or exhaustion.
